Q.

my child's pedistrician suggested me that cows milk can be avoided for baby as that's the major reason behind all illness in a child's health..instead curds can be fed which is indirect form of milk...I started giving him cows milk only after the age of 2.3..he drinks it though he doesn't like curds infact.. but my parents say better avoid giving him milk...as it causes health problems like fever cold cough eventually even his doctor told the samething.. me too allergic to milk...I give my baby other diary products like paneer...also I give him egg Now I'm tensed...about avoiding milk to him...whatif he gets calcium deficiency....?how will he be able to get calcium ?please help me with a better solution...can milk be avoided for him anymore? .I discontinued breastfeeding him too a week before..

A. yes tou can follow your doctor's advice according to the symptoms its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case so it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to clear your queries and get proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history & examination so please consult nearby doctor once.
