My child recently has severe lower abdomen pain with vomitings and loose stools, urine culture report is normal but urine tests shows plenty of puss cells, we have given five day antibiotic course for her with a point of doubt UTI infection. what precautions should I take care of my daughter and is it confirmed UTI though the reports are normal?

Loose motion are most of the timhghe infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
