My child puked twice today while breast feeding and now she has a fever. What medicine to give her

A. fir fever give paracetamol drops in proper dose fir time being, and it look like some infection, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. offer small and frequent feeds. you can keep gap of 2 or 3 hours between two feeds.

A. hi please measure the temperature first if it is 100f or above, please visit your pediatrician. please don't force feed or overfeed your child keep your child well hydrated
