my child passes stool many times since many days.he passes stool as soon as he eats food

A. Hello father There could be a very high possibility of stomach infection or a food intolerance so if the stools are quite smelly and have a strong odour then medication would be required consult a doctor for it but if it is green and very little quantities then could be possible that the baby might be teething
