my child of 3monts old got fever yesterday and it is reduced now and he is not sleeping at night and not drinking milk

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..... if baby doesn't have fever now..he must be feeling restless and unwell so avoid forcefeeding..feed on demand ....babys pee count should not be less then six in twenty four hours...of its less you need to consult your paediatrician
