my child mouth releasing excese saliva when he souted or laughing ..we are suffering is there any growth diorder

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2.4 years old and he use to throw lots of saliva from his mouth while laughing and shouting so if his milestones are normal then it’s okay
