my child is vomoting whatevr food is given to him , i have given medicine , emster howevr still he vomit everything , olease suggests what food i can give or what should i do now

A. kindly refer to your doctor for the same because pediatrician will do a check up and then only paediatrician will be able to guide you what exactly is the problem with the baby till then try to give your baby more amount of fluids
