Q.

My child is very selective in eating. how to feed her nutritious food when she likes tasty food only. she is 1 year and 8 months

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Suppleffments like iron supplements and multivitamin vwith lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. U Should try to work upon different various varieties and recipes for the child because that is going to help your child Rinu food taste new food and always you know to be good for your child to have something you so you just have to basically work upon the recipes for the child
