my child is very hyperactive so can you help me with some advice

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl6 months agoA. hi yes ,ofcourse first thing ,toddlers having much energy and they are more curious for their surrounding so its natural for them to behave hyperactively but to make your child calm , first you need to work on some points - give your enough time to your child - avoid giving exposure of screens upto 2 years age -limit his salt and sugar intake - channalize his energy in something creative like scribbling ,coloring ,dancing etc
