It's quite common to be hyper active for children
Try limiting screen time, make sure your child get enough outdoor play, follow a consistent sleep, n reduce sugaryitems. 
Activities like puzzle, drawing coloring can also help channel their energy in a positive way
We also started paying more attention to the nutrition and added brainfy drops to ur child's daily routine. I can't say any one yhing mafe the difference but the combination of the good routine, healthy food, and keeping him really engaged really helped over time. If the hyperactivity affecting the daily life or development, 
It's a good idea to discuss with your pediatrician.

first thing ,toddlers having much energy and they  are more curious for their surrounding
so its natural for them to behave hyperactively
but to make your child calm , first you need to work on some points
- give your enough time to your child
- avoid giving exposure of screens upto 2 years age
-limit his salt and sugar intake
- channalize his energy in something creative like scribbling ,coloring ,dancing etc
