Q.
My child is very Active very happy child smiles at everyone and he doesn't respond to his name as if he has not heard but when we sing he responds back he will point on toes head, he even talk very limited words like mumma, papa,dada.. I am worried is has some issues.

Give your time and your attention
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
