My child is thin..Please tell me what should I give her in food??

A. dear mum, if child is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones, then do not worry about your child's appearance. You should give a balanced diet having variety of food groups: grains and millets - 3 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
