Q.

my child is suffering from loose motions, Dr advised me to give z@d drops .5ml for 14 days but mistakenly I have given 5 ml first day. what should I do, is there any serious problem

A. a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episode and thenx it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry. it is important that in the future you should give proper quantity to thex child in case of medicines
