Q.

my child is suffering from cough and running nose past 3 days .m giving her ascoril d+ 1tym..can i give her pulmoclear also?? last tym her doc prescribed her pulmoclear also when she suffers cough and cold..

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. pulmoclear is a bronchodilators medicine if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Then you can go ahead with medicine that is been suggested by the doctor because you must be having a fair idea is to whatever your doctor had advised you in the first place so you certainly can go ahead with that doesn’t seem like a problem so you can just go ahead with the doctor suggestion actually
