my child is suffering fever at night and not taking food properly what should I do should I go for antibiotics

A. For fever you should give paracetamol and look for more of liquid-based diet which is going to be comfortable for the child to consume antibiotics and not a solution and it is not the best thing to be given as you should know if you keep giving antibiotics hampers and gives load on the liver of your child
