my child is so fever the temperature is 104.3

That is actually much much higher you should immediately be visiting your doctor because they have to advise you with some medicine which will help in lowering down the fever because 10 4°F is an extremely high fever please visit your doctor and get the medication done for your child also you need to figure out why this is happening why the fever is so high and what for the medicines are required
