my child is on antibiotics for sore throat from past 2 days. he is getting better but the pblm is he is complaining of stomach ache and vomiting once a day what could be the reason and what should i do

A. hello you may give yp emeset for vomiting and repeat as and when needed and continue the medicunes as prescribed nd if persistent then musg get the evaluation done agin
