My child is now one and half year old ,but her neck is still black.why ?

The age has got nothing to do with the colour of the neck of your child it is going to be dependent upon what is the colour complexion that your child generally has and sometimes in general I am saying when you don’t clean a part properly it can actually become a little darker than usual
