my child is now 2 years 10 months baby... he is speaking and not trying to speak but he is doing actions... wt is the reason for not trying to speak??

A. It’s actually very difficult to say but right now looking at the age of the child I feel it’s a little delay please get in touch with us speech therapist and get your child examine so that if you needed you can start giving the correct therapist to the child
