my child is not gaining proper weight according to age ......still eating properly but not seems healthy

Sometimes despite of eating well the child doesn’t gain weight because the child is not able to digest the food or the body is not registering and accepting the food as it is meant to be so you please check with your doctor they’re going to advise you on the same
