My child is normal whole day but in afternoon in school suddenly body temperature rises and then evening it's normal. infact in school he enjoys n play and active whole time but body is hot. what could be the reason

It’s difficult to say like this but if it is happening every day you faces for more than 3 to 4 days then in that case you can just discuss it with your doctor sometimes when kids are very stressed or not able to adjust in a particular thing they can have this kind of a feeling but if it is constant you should see your doctor
