Q.

my child is infected from lower respiratory tract infection 2 weeks ago now its cured ....whether infection comes again i m worried about it ...how can be prevented against lri in future

A. avoid bottle feeding and pacifier use Immunity of young children is developing hence cold and cough are frequent occurrence. allergens in the environment, weather conditions and pollution also contribute. but certain practices can help to reduce the incidence. alongwith top foods continue to breastfeed till 2 years as it strengthens immunity. in top foods feed a balanced diet variety of foods , especially colourful fruits and vegetables are protective, include grated almonds in food, protein foods like pulses egg meat (after 9 months) ,soya, curds for gut immunity. Tulsi ginger herbal tea, turmeric milk, Avoid reduce intake of packaged, processed food Ensure good hydration
