my child is indulged in activities like swimming and taekwondo. what food can I give her to increase her stamina. she is 9 yrs old and we r pure vegetarian#AskTheExpert

A. hi give nuts ,dry fruits,fresh fruits,milk and milk based products etc more it is best to add different pulses and multigrain food items in your child diet. give one apple or banana once in a day.
