my child is having stomach cramps. he is also having pain.. and once he vomits, the peels of fruits come out, what should I give him?

You should get a check with your doctor for food is coming out like this then probably a child is having either indigestion issue or some kind of an infection it would be advisable for you to get it examined with your doctor for the treatment treatment can be suggested on that basis only
