My child is having severe cough and cold .There seems to be a nasal blockage too as he feels difficulty at time of inhalation and there he can't sleep at all .....he is just 3 months old baby

A. it ks thwcold .For common cold home remedies like giving steam to baby works very well and of fever is there then give paracetamol for same . Other remedy includes nasovion nasal drop for blocked nose and ascoril ls for cough .
