my child is having mild kidney pelviectasis.is there anything to be worried

A. hello there mild peliectasis in a newborn has to be observed over a period of time please take the newborn child to a paediatric surgeon for evaluation and to look for any causes please take the antenatal scans for diagnosis purposes
