my child is having fever 104 and had vomit last night now vomit has stop but passing foul smell fart and fever is also constant also he is coughing badly in between

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. infection is the reason do cold sponge and paracetamol ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
