My child is having cough.....When he breathes I can hear a different kind of voice from nose due to cough what should I do ?

I have nebulizer machine at home . what medicine should I add in the nebulizer to give steam to the baby. please guide . normally we use budecort and levolin for taking steam from the nebulizer but I don't know whether it can be used for baby also or not

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic retaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
