Q.
My child is having cold so I am using cold syrup from one week but cold is not controlled so now using cold medicine with antibiotic as per doctor medication... my concern is using cold syrup for this many days is safe or not ?... I am using enycold syrup ad azitromysin antibiotic... pls suggest

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 12 months old and he is having a cold for long time then you are giving proper medicines so give him 5 days course of antibiotic

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Yes it is safe if prescribed by the doctor. No need to worry. Follow ur doctors advice. Also give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. Apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Cover ur baby properly.
