Q.

my child is going to be 2 years old in couple of weeks, he is facing chronic constipation issue frequently and also pain on his thighs muscles sometime.

A. Children should pass stool regularly. Hard stools and pain indicate constipation. Encourage plenty of water and a fiber-rich diet from cereals, pulses, vegetxables, and fruits. Limit milk to 400 ml daily and avoid processed foods and biscuits. Adding papaya, fennel seed water, oats, pear, prunes, pineapple, banana, and raisins can helpx relieve constipation.
