my child is four and a half years old. he do not drink milk. what are the substutes of milk that I can give to him.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If child does not drink cow or Buffalo milk, try giving Soy or flavored milk or mix dry fruits powder in it. If still he does not drink, you should feed foods made from it like paneer, oats, Dalia, custard, curd, buttermilk, keep, etc. Calcium present in milk is very important for the healthy development of bones and teeth.
