My child is feeling nauseated trying to puke but unable to do. Complaining of stomach gas or pain sometimes. What may be the reason Mesentric lymphandopathy seen in ultrasound Blood test reports normal x ray normal

might be acidity, gases or indiigesion is reason.
u may guve few tsp of mint juice, or ajwajn water.
give ur child easy to digest food, and if no cure, do consult your doc.
