my child is eating but not become fat his so thin what can I do for his weight gain

A. it's normal as the baby is more active physically weight gain may not be seen Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

A. For healthy weight gain, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
