Q.

My child is august born and is almost 2 now. I consulted a school which said she cant go to 1st class untill she is 6 but age is determined as on 1st april only. This is how she will be going to 1st when she is almost 7. Should i not get her admitted to play now ? Will she need to repeat a class ?

A. I’d like to clear certain things for you first of all a child should not be enrolled into play group below the age of 2 1/2 years or three years because that’s the correct way for you to enrol your child prior to that you are unnecessarily going to the child second yes the school is right you can enrol your child by the age of 6 to 7 years into standard First because education board has made this law used to follow it for 2 1/2 years old when your child into group then then KG one KG do whatever it is accordingly in the standard course by age of six or seven which is completely fine
