my child is 7 year old having high fever with severe headache since from 2 days...i have given taxime o forte and paracetamol 500 mg bt still she is not recovering

Mam what paracetamol are you giving that will make a very big difference because in high fever the regular paracetamol are not suggested heavy doses of medicines are recommended second is why are you giving antibiotic that is not clear to me so I would just advise the situation let the night pass please consult your doctor tomorrow
