my child is 7 days old when should we start tummy time ?

It is too early for tummy timing. Tummy timing should be started only once your baby turn two months old till the time you should be sure that baby sleep straight not even on sides. So try to make your baby sleep straight. And continue feeding your baby mother’s milk contains all the nutrition so there is no need to give anything else till you baby turned six months old.
