my child is 6 years Plus but his milk teeth haven't started falling. is anything to worry

A. Hi milk teeth start to fall by the age of 6-7 years.. if milk teeth do not fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind the milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for its removal.
