Hello ma’am give sinarist 2.5 ML twice a day for three days and maximum five days okay it is very good for running nose and other issues and if your child is having lose motion is three times in a day it is fine need not worry about it it is not it is the motion consistency but if you feel with the time it is increasing then consult your doctor otherwise it is fine
