my child is 4months old ,he is not balance head properly plzz suggest me sir to make my child healthy

A. kMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi my son is 3 & a half month old. his birth weight was 3.2 & nw hez 5.6kgs is it normal r hez under weight? oz hez very lean. what is the ideal age of 3 to 4 months old babies??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he doesn’t control his head yet so give him calcium and vitamin d3 supplements 3 ml two times a day and frequent breast feeding

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. the baby will be able to roll over completely by six monthse of age and by 3 month only side by rolling is possible as well as complete neck holding will also come only till 6 month of age. in some children this mjgay get delayed also but there is nothing to worry you can consult doctor for ruling out any other problem
