Q.

My child is 4 yrs 2 months old. She vomited her dinner after sleeping last night. What may be the cause? is it because of acidity?Can I give her kiwi fruit today?

A. Yes gas can be the reason for vomiting so make sure you serve early dinner to the child and there should be atleast two hours gap between dinner and sleeping time

A. Sometimes vomiting could be due to over feeding and sometimes it can happen when the child sleeps or leave without the food getting digested maybe you know like one hour or so but the food hasn’t been digested so that can also lead to vomiting for the child that’s normal and of course you can give whatever fruits you want to gift that’s going to be healthy for the child
