My child is 4 years and she is vomitings what ever shr eats, she might have digestive issue any remidies plz

Emset you can give as of now this is going to help in controlling vomiting issues and give light and easy lead digest food to your child like khichadi or something and please consult your doctor will help you with proper medications whatever would be required as per the need
