my child is 4 months old and from last 4 to 5 days is doing watery stool once or twice a day is if fine or should we visit our doctor

A. hi your baby is 4 months old now one or two loose motions are fine but to Improve digestion give probitics like darolac sachet 1 sachet twice a day for 5 days
