you can include variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed and junk foods
include banana, chikko, boiled potato, sprouts and pulses, nuts and dried fruits, milk, paneer, milk shakes, seasonal fruits and vegetables, stuffee roti or paratha, rice or daliya varieties with veggies, veg upma , sheera, poha, pancake, chilla, porridge, stuffed idli, dosa, egg, fish and chicken if non vegetarian. etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
try to feed on regular intervals afyer 2 hours
avoid force feeding.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and f the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also include dairy products and dry fruits which can help in the growth of of your child
