My child is 3 yrs old but he didn’t tell me peep and poop. Also he used to say only words like mama papa banana Apple . He is not making sentences and speech is delay I think . What should I do

If you feel there is a delay in the speech then in that case you can connect with a speech therapist and that’s how slowly the kids are going to pick up on the speech and framing sentences as often child indicate when the child feeds a pressure for urine or motion that’s how you can get to know about it
