my child is 3 years old what powder I have to give in π₯ milk ? Peadisure, Horlicks, complan etc which is best for him.

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hii.. instead of giving packaged health drink like pediasure Bournvita complan u may make this Home made health drink and give it to ur kid daily.. *Home Made Bournvita Recipe* 1/4 Cup :- Badam 1/4 Cup:- Kaju 1/2 Cup :- Peanuts(Mungafali ke dane) 4 to 5 TBSP :- Coco Powder (Adjust to your Taste) 1/8 Cup :- Powder Sugar (Adjust to your Taste) Method :- Roast Badam & Kaju After Roasting this ...cool down completely. After that we will roast Peanuts & again cool completely.Then Add Cocoa Powder & Sugar and Grind in the mixi using pulse mode. Bournvita is ready.
