my child is 3 years old....last night he had a one episode of vomiting and it also comes through the nose also...is it normal to vomites to come out from nose also...is there anything to worry regarding lung infection..or he needs any antibiotics???

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this... V you can give syrup vomikind 5ml for vomiting
