Q.

My child is 3 years..he has evening fever..throughout the day he is fine but by evening after 5he has fever then night he gets fever ..I m giving him ibugesic 5ml when he has fever above 100..what could be the reason for this and why is the fever not going even after medicine for last 3days

A. hi..do give ibugesic or paracetomol syp for fever and its better to consult ur doctor for furyher investigation to ruke outvyhe actual cause. gi e lots of fluids. o. k.
