my child is 3 years 10 months old he is not eating anything.any solid foods he is not even keeping in his mouth,but he is taking liquids since three days

Teething could be happening with your child or there could be some another discomfort in the gums of your child which is why your child is more comfortable taking liquid kindly check the gums and if you are unable to understand the reason please consult a doctor
