Q.

my child is 3 year old and still has not learned how to eat solid food.Can you please advice on this. Also what supplements should I give to my child for Covid prevention?

A. hello ypu should sit along with your child and teach your child to chew food and offer finger foods which also would help and you can even be giving your child vitamin rich food which gives immunity to fight against infection and in regards to supplement for the same check with your doctor
