my child is 3 months old.... some time from his left ear some liquid kind of discharge coming in night an we are noticed this in the morning when it gets dry.... it happens 3 times

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Normal fluids build up in the middle ear until the ear tube opens up again. This can cause some clear fluid drainage from the ear canal for a day.Ear infections are common in babies and young children. Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics to treat the ear infection. Children under 6 months are usually given an antibiotic. If your child is over 6 months old and the symptoms are mild, antibiotics may not be needed.
